Informations on deliverable goods :

Our prices include 12% VAT (for wines) and 15% (for the "crémants" and alcohols). All prices based on the packing unit (24 bottle 24cl, 6 bottles 75 cl or 12 bottle 50 cl; Magnum 150 cl= 1 bottle), exept gift boxes (content as described in the article description). All prices in Euro and including VAT 12 % (for wines) , 15 % (for crémants and alcohols)..

Luxembourg deliveries are free of transport fees. For international deliveries transport fees in Euro are to be found in the 'SHOP'. Simply fill in the order form with correct delivery adDress and find the exact fee before proceeding to the payment via credit card. After the credit card has been accepted by the secure payment site CETREL, the invoice will be taken care of by the Domaines Vinsmoselle.

All products in the list can be ordered as long as they are in stock. Domaines Vinsmoselle cannot be held responsible for any product running out of stock. All pictures without guaranty.

All products ordered on this site will be transported by the Postal Services of P&T Luxembourg. Delivery times may change according to the geographical location of the delivery address.

The items to be delivered on the territory of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg are delivered by the trucks of the Domaines Vinsmoselle.

Complaints and Return of goods :

Domaines Vinsmoselle has to be informed about every disatisfaction towards delivered goods within 8 days starting from the arrival day at the final destination.

Any complaints will be dealt with within 4 working days.

Please give the exact details of Your return of goods.
If the delivered goods don't match the ordered goods Domaines Vinsmoselle will sent the exact order after the mistaken order has been send back to Domaines Vinsmoselle or credit the difference after a proof of the mistake is given.

If the all or some of the delivered bottles happen to be broken, Domaines Vinsmoselle will either credit the invoice, via CETREL responsible transaction partner, or send the same bottles again if proof is given to us.

Confidential informations about customers :

Domaines Vinsmoselle will only inform their partners (P&T) about as much of the personal data of the customers as necessary to the correct managing of the order.

If You happen to have accepted information about our company or products by activating the YES button under "Contact us" / "would You like the receive regularly information via e-mail" You may receive special offers or information selected for You.

Personal data :

Personal customer data will be handled in one of two ways :

• a) In the case of an online order, the customer data will not be stored on the website. It will be transmitted immediately, after ordering, to the 'Domaines Vinsmoselle' in-house customer database. There the data will be stored in a secure way indefinitely.
• b) If the customer requests information via the 'Contact Us' form, the customer data will only be stored if the customer requests future updates via email. The data will be stored until the customer will give notice to this service.

Security of paiments :

Orders are paid online by credit card to "Les Domaines de Vinsmoselle". Paiements by credit card are secured through the luxemburgish transaction company CETREL.

The products proposed on this list are supposed to be available. We cannot be held responsible for any shortage or limitation of stock. Photos are not contractual.

All the prices refer to packaging units that mean :

• bottles of 75 cl : a box of 6 units
• bottles of 50 cl : a box of 12 units
• Magnum 150 cl : a box of 1 unit
• gift package: please refer to product details
