Aromen von reifen Kirschen und Erdbeeren findet man in der Nase. Fruchtig am Gaumen kommen diese Aromen auch im Mund voll zur Geltung. Das ausgewogene Verhältnis zwischen Fruchtigkeit und einer filigranen Säure verleihen dem Cuvee Shanghai Pinot noir seine persönliche Note. |

Cuvée Shanghai 2010 Brut
A crémant made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling grapes, plus a small proportion of Pinot Noir vinifié en blanc which gives it that special something. In the nose you’ll find yellow fruits, raspberries and just a hint of honeydew melon. Creamy, smooth, with a fine, fruity flavour on the palate, the taste of the Cuvée Shanghai Brut unfolds in a very particular way. The invigorating mousseux gives it that lightness for extra enjoyment. A lingering sensation rounds off this crémant. |
