Guide Hachette des Vins 2018

Guide-Hachette-des-Vins

As every year, several wines and sparkling wines from the Vinsmoselle Domains were sampled by the Guide Hachette?s jury, the largest and most important wine and cremant guide.

The wines are tasted blindly by professionals (oenologists, traders, brokers, sommeliers ...). The wine-tasters do not know the name neither of the producer, nor of the wine or the cuvée they are tasting and judging. This allows them to free themselves from subjective parameters, such as the notoriety of the domain or the aesthetics of the label. The jurors only know the appellation and the vintage of the sample they are judging.
Being blindly selected and awarded among over 40,000 wines and sparkling wines is obviously a great honor for Domaines Vinsmoselle. The winners of this year encourage the winemakers and cellarers  to meet the challenge of maintaining this level of quality and perfection.
