POLL- FABAIRE Cuvée Shanghai 2010 brut

A crémant made from Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling grapes, plus a small proportion of Pinot Noir vinifié en blanc which gives it that special something. In the nose you’ll find yellow fruits, raspberries and just a hint of honeydew melon. Creamy, smooth, with a fine, fruity flavour on the palate, the taste of the Cuvée Shanghai Brut unfolds in a very particular way. The invigorating mousseux gives it that lightness for extra enjoyment. A lingering sensation rounds off this crémant.

POLL FABAIRE Cuvée Shanghai 2010 Pinot noir

100% Pinot Noir is the basis of this crémant. With its salmon-pink colour and a fine, pearly mousseux this crémant impresses in the glass alone. Flavours of ripe cherries and strawberries can be found in the nose. These aromas, fruity on the palate, are fully appreciated when tasting. The balance between fruity flavours and just a hint of sourness gives the Cuvée Shanghai Pinot Noir its personal note.
