RULES OF THE "CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY" CONTEST

ARTICLE I. ORGANIZATION
The "Christmas GIVEAWAY" contest is organized by the Poll-Fabaire brand, a brand of Domaines Vinsmoselle. The cooperative Domaines Vinsmoselle is registered with the Luxembourg Trade Register under number B 7274, with VAT number LU 11468149, represented by its current Board of Directors, located at its registered office in L-5450 Stadtbredimus, 12, route du Vin. This contest is a free game with no purchase obligation.

ARTICLE II. CONDUCT OF THE CONTEST
The contest runs from Thursday, December 14, 2023, to Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 11:59 PM. It is organized exclusively online on the social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) of the Poll-Fabaire brand.

ARTICLE III. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The contest is open to anyone aged 18 and above residing in Luxembourg and the Greater Region (French, Belgian, German borders). Participation can be done on Facebook or Instagram. Participation details are outlined in the post directly. No purchase is required to participate in the contest.

ARTICLE IV. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRIZE
The prize to be won is a basket containing the 9 shades of Crémants Poll-Fabaire. The prize must be collected from one of the five wine shops of Domaines Vinsmoselle, according to the winner's preference. It cannot be returned or exchanged for any product offered by Domaines Vinsmoselle.

ARTICLE V. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER PROCEDURES
The winner will be randomly selected through an automatic draw from eligible participants and will be announced on December 20 on the official account @pollfabaire (Facebook and Instagram page – under the post). The winner will be contacted only via the official account @pollfabaire.

ARTICLE VI. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA
Personal information collected during the contest will be processed in accordance with Domaines Vinsmoselle's privacy policy. No personal data will be provided/processed by third parties, and Domaines Vinsmoselle undertakes to respect the privacy of participants and the winner.

ARTICLE VII. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Domaines Vinsmoselle reserves the right to disqualify any participant not complying with the rules of the contest. Domaines Vinsmoselle reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of force majeure. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt, modify, extend, shorten, or cancel the contest at any time without notice, either in case of force majeure or for valid technical or other reasons. In this regard, no liability can be asserted against the organizer by the participants.

The organizer reserves the right, without any claim in this regard, to replace the winning prizes with products of equal or higher quality if the aforementioned prizes are no longer available.

ARTICLE VIII: REGULATION
The contest is subject to the law applicable in Luxembourg. By participating in this contest, participants fully and unreservedly accept these rules. All provisions of these rules constitute the contract between the parties. 15 days after the end of this contest, no claims are allowed.
