Welcome to A Schwall's restaurant in Bertrange, a convivial address which Claude Lang, a qualified artisan baker, pastry chef and confectioner, has been breathing new spirit into since February. After making a name for himself in Mamer with the Pavillon "am Brill," he has taken on the challenge of transforming this establishment into a warm, authentic, and inviting place.
With a spacious interior, a terrace, and easy access, A Schwall’s offers hearty, family-style cuisine that is both delicious and accessible to everyone. The kitchen is now led by a recently arrived Italian chef, known for his expertise and love of Franco-Italian culinary traditions, subtly enriched with Luxembourgish influences.
This month's special: Duck breast with crisp vegetables, enhanced by a slowly simmered house-made honey balsamic reduction. The subtle balance between the vinegar's acidity and the honey's sweetness perfectly elevates the richness of the duck.
