Enter the warm atmosphere of Le Chalet restaurant, nestled between the natural lakes of Remerschen and the gentle slopes of the Moselle vineyards. In this exceptional setting where nature reigns supreme, the cuisine is Mediterranean, Luxembourgish, and always generous. Whether on the sun-drenched terrace or in the cozy, wood-accented dining room, every moment becomes a delightful gourmet experience to be shared.
This month, we are proud to highlight a unique culinary bond: the father-daughter duo at the helm of Le Chalet. Trained at the Luxembourg School of Hotel Management and Tourism, Chloé perfected her skills in France — in Perpignan and Corsica — and distinguished herself at the World Expo in Dubai. Today, she passionately carries on the family legacy, blending respect for tradition with a forward-looking vision.
Le Chalet offers a constantly evolving menu inspired by the seasons: light and sunny suggestions in summer, comforting and flavorful dishes in winter. The common thread? A local, creative, and characterful cuisine.
Suggestion of the month: the perfect match signed father and daughter
In May, let yourself be tempted by their signature creation: Pasta risotto, pike-perch ballotine, lobster bisque sauce and pan-fried asparagus.
To accompany its summer suggestion, Le Chalet has chosen our Summerwäin Rosé by Les Vignerons de Domaines Vinsmoselle. With its delicate salmon hue and light red reflections, this rosé is a visual delight from the very first pour. The nose reveals a fresh bouquet of cassis, grenadine, and red berries. On the palate, vibrant red fruits mingle with ripe citrus and orange notes, creating a juicy and vinous profile with just the right balance of richness and freshness.
Thanks to its smooth and easy-drinking character, this wine makes for a perfect apéritif, an ideal partner for warm, sun-filled moments on the terrace or the be enjoyed with a delicious meal in good company.
