At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Elhussiny Hassan, who honed his skills at the renowned Le Royal restaurant. Drawing on his expertise, he creates inventive and generous cuisine that highlights seasonal and local ingredients.
For October, the Chef presents his dish of the month: guinea fowl with dried apricots and mild spices. Tender poultry, the sweetness of apricots, and a delicate blend of spices come together to awaken your senses – a true culinary delight to enjoy during your gourmet cruise.
To complement this dish, Navi-tour has selected the Pinot Gris Moelleux from the Les Vignerons de Domaines Vinsmoselle range. With aromas of vanilla, white fruits, and ripe grapes, this wine offers a dense, structured, and powerful palate – the perfect companion to enhance your dining experience.
