In the kitchen, Ophélie Lefebvre embodies a new generation of female chefs. She creates an instinctive and generous cuisine, driven by a human-centered vision and unifying energy. Throughout the month of September, indulge in her signature creation: Yellow chicken fillet, variations of yellow zucchini with wild garlic, zucchini flower tempura, and a rich poultry jus.
For a refined and generous food-and-wine pairing, Clarisse Michalec, head sommelier at SixSeven Restaurant, has selected our VIGNUM Orange Wine.
This wine offers a unique aromatic experience, with notes of spices, dried and exotic fruits. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied, voluminous texture, enhanced by a tannic finish that is characteristic of orange wines.
