This month we are delighted to honor Orlando Marino as Chef of the Month. Passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, Orlando studied at the hotel school in Italy and perfected his art at Bocuse's brasserie. As a member of the Paul Bocuse Association, he follows a strict charter that emphasizes honor and respect for products. By carefully selecting fresh local produce, especially from neighboring producers, he creates a cuisine of unique flavors. Each dish is prepared entirely in-house, offering a veritable symphony of flavors to tantalize your taste buds.
The chef and his team invite you to discover their food and wine pairings of the moment: Crispy guinea fowl ballottine with rosemary, which will be available on the summer menu until the end of September.
